Rehearsal Studio Rules and Policy
The following rules and policies are necessary to maintain the quality of Pattern Recording Studios Rehearsal Space.
Your full cooperation is appreciated. You will be liable for any damages.
Breaking any rules or policies may result in a ban. Don’t do it!
We reserve the right to refuse service.
REHEARSAL STUDIO BOOKING:
2 Hour minimum.
No walk ins accepted. Booking must be at least 2 hours in advance (if available).
Deposits are non-refundable.
Leave your room on time or you will be charged for the extra time. Leaving late without prior approval puts an unnecessary stress on the entire facility and other clients. If you would like more time, please check for availability.
24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
24-hour advance notice is required for any changes or cancellations made to the booking or you must pay the full price of the booking. Please ask for details if you book within 24 hours.
LOST/FOUND
Pattern Recording Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
If you did leave something, be sure to email us and we can setup a time to give your item back.
ROOM CARE
Leave the room as you found it. Ensure you re-set the drums, return equipment to its original position and pick up any trash.
Move the equipment with care. Allow enough time to re-set, pack up, and vacate the room by the end of your scheduled time.
Please be mindful of the next group of musicians using the room after you.
EQUIPMENT
Any equipment missing or unreasonably damaged must be paid for at full cost of replacement plus staff time costs, or the full cost of repair (at our option).
If any equipment is faulty upon entering the room, please notify the staff.
Pets
Absolutely. We love our four legged friends. Snakes, spiders, and other creepy animals will not be cuddled but will be accepted.
RESPECTING OTHER PEOPLE
Rehearsal studio door must be closed when playing instruments/singing/making noise.
No playing, singing, or shouting in common area or in parking lots. Please respect our neighbors and leave the premises appropriately.
Please also respect other musicians' time when rehearsing and knock.
